Inn of the Good Shepherd
The Inn's mission is to provide service with dignity to those in need of food, shelter, and other essentials. The Inn has a food bank, soup kitchen, an adult and youth shelter as well as other assistance programs such as a rent/utility bank, income tax clinics, back-to-school kits, winter coat night, Mobile Market, summer snack packs, children's birthday club and so much more.
With the rising cost of living, we have seen an increase in the number of people using our services. On average over 2200 people (900 children) access the food bank per month. Our soup kitchen has over 100 people come through for a hot meal every day, and last year our Mobile Market, which delivers fresh produce around Lambton County, had 8,371 households utilize this service.
